PLACING AN ORDER

Use the Catalog Pricing Code Information to help you determine pricing for each of the products within the catalog. Why a code? So you can easily show the catalog to your customers without the worry of them seeing the wholesale pricing.

Minimum order value of $500

Contact your local TDI Brands Sales Representative. If you’re not sure who that is, we’ll be glad to share that information and have your Rep come directly to you.

SHIPMENTS & FREIGHT TERMS

Under normal conditions, in-season orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. 

 

In-Season Freight Terms—Eastern/Midwest/Southern US: 

  • Orders $500 to $1,249 will be assessed a 12% of invoice freight charge
  • Orders $1,250 to $2,499 will be assessed a 7% of invoice freight charge
  • Orders over $2,500 will ship Freight Free
  • All freight charges are added to the invoice
  • Lift-gate, appointment, ferry, & redelivery charges will be added if required

 

In-Season Freight Terms—
Western US: 

  • Western US includes the states of Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada,
    Oregon, Utah, and Washington
  • Orders of $500+ will be assessed a 17% of invoice freight charge
  • All freight charges are added to the invoice
  • Lift-gate, appointment, ferry, & redelivery charges will be added if required

TIERRA GARDEN’S ELITE DEALER PROGRAM is more than just a status level or a reason to give you bragging rights. It rewards you with freight savings on every order over $500, every day throughout the year. To qualify, simply place a “Pre-Season” order of $2,500 or more of Tierra Garden products from July 15, 2023 to February 29, 2024. Becoming an Elite Dealer can save you a bundle on freight and you can enjoy immediate savings on reorders during the 2023/24 season (July 1, 2023 thru July 14, 2024).

  • In-Season Elite Freight Terms—Eastern/Midwest/Southern US:
  • Orders of $500 – $1,249 will be assessed a 7% of invoice freight charge
  • Orders of $1,250+ will ship FREIGHT FREE!

  • In-Season Elite Freight Term—Western US:

  • Orders of $500+ will be assessed a 12% of invoice freight charge

PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS

Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover

Standard Payment Terms: Net 30 days (for approved accounts). Credit card payments will be assessed a 3% processing fee. 

Credit Terms: To set up an account, call your local TDI Brand Sales Representative or our Customer Care Team and request a Credit Application. Overdue invoices will be assessed a 1.5% per month finance charge. 

 

RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND WARRANTIES

Returned Goods Policy: Returns are not accepted without prior return authorization from our Customer Care Team. The invoice number must appear on all packages. Return merchandise must be sent freight prepaid along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking and a repackaging fee. Items must be in saleable condition. TDI Brands does not issue call tags. 

Shortages and Damages: All claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. In the case of a damaged shipment, indicate “damaged” when signing for the package and call us immediately for further instructions. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise until the claim is resolved. 

Express Limited Warranty: Tierra-Derco International warrants to the original user and consumer (“consumer” or “you”) that any goods supplied by Tierra-Derco shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of the Garden Center purchase. This EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY does NOT apply where there has been a failure of the goods due to misuse, improper assembly, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear. 

FOB Items: Items marked FOB in our catalog are shipped prepaid with freight charges added to invoice under all programs and circumstances. Shipments outside the Continental US (48 states) are shipped FOB. Canadian orders are shipped to the US border. 

Drop Shipments: Tierra Garden is pleased to offer drop ship service directly to your retail customers. A $4.00 handling fee will be charged per order, plus actual freight. In some cases, extra packaging charges will apply. Give us a call to learn more about our dropship guidelines.

Back Orders: Items temporarily out of stock are shipped at our discretion and according to the freight terms of the original order. 

Prices and specifications subject to change without notice: We make every attempt to hold catalog prices throughout the year. Due to fluctuations in TARIFFS, international currency and inflation, price changes may be unavoidable. Actual color of product may vary slightly due to color variations in the printing process. All weights listed in the catalog are approximate. Sizes listed may vary slightly due to handmade craftsmanship.
